Fourteen years in the field of the culinary arts have taken her to Toronto's top restaurants. She began her rigorous Apprentice Chef training at Toronto's luxurious Crown Plaza Hotel. She quickly acquired and perfected all of the vital culinary skills as she progressed from Line Cook at a modest Toronto restaurant to Junior Sous-Chef of a very large, popular banquet hall. She feels privileged to have worked as Chef de Partie at Ireland's prestigious K Club,
a Michelin Star restaurant. There, she prepared meals for internationally
renowned jet setters and entertainment superstars. |

As Executive Chef and Innkeeper of The Hillcrest, Ontario's most exclusive inn and spa, Chef Therese enjoyed the artistic freedom to design and create unique, delicious meals for her very appreciative guests. She co-authored the menu of the celebrated Ste. Anne's Spa Village, Hillcrest's sister spa, and was a regular contributor to Ste. Anne's electronic magazine. She enjoyed sharing her expertise through her popular cooking classes, a much-anticipated event at Hillcrest. As Executive Chef of A Catered Affaire Cuisine and Event Design, a multi-award-winning company, Therese received acclaim nationally and internationally for her planning, presentation, and teaching. Chef Therese is always enthusiastic about sharing her creations in new and exciting ways that will bring her talent to a wider audience. Therese is currently
working on her latest project, Kitchen Culture, a consulting service
for the hospitality industry. Her company provides restaurants and
catering companies with a wide variety of services including menu
writing, management training and chef, kitchen and "front of house"
restructuring and the implementation of policies and procedures. |
